When she's not working, Charlene enjoys traveling, boating & reading. She hopes to someday retire at the Lakes Region where her and her husband of 34 years have recently done a teardown and rebuilt of the home that they moved into last summer. But for now she is happy to be working at home from a beautiful area of NH and enjoying the lake when she gets a moment. Her family consists of three wonderful adult children: Stephanie, Kimberly and Gregory. Stephanie is working in Bellingham, MA, having recently finished her masters in Sociology . Kimberly, a recent graduate of UN of IL with her masters in Environmental Engineering has recently moved to Seattle where she is working for an Environmental Consulting company. Gregory can be seen at local Boston area venues as he stives towards getting his music career off the ground, having just received his degree in performance on the Bass at Berklee School of Music. Education is an important part of their lives and she & her husband David feel strongly about encouraging their children to be all that they can be.

Originally an elementary school teacher in Tennessee, where she went to college, Charlene loves the teaching aspect of working with 1st time Buyers. Everyone deserves a decent place to live and one that meets as many of their wants and needs as possible. That is what she strives to help them obtain. Explaining what the market is doing and helping Buyers to prioritize their "must haves" is all part of being successful in doing what she loves, helping people.
